For some reason I'm a little surprised that smoking pot is allowed on youtube but as far as I know it is not allowed (nor is drinking) when performers are on live sex cam sites such as streamate...please drop your :2 cents:

It's company policy as it is for many (if not all cam sites), most likely due to the fact that what they are doing is edgy enough, from a legal stand point. Now you think drugs and alcohol should be thrown into the mix? I think not.

For the same reason any release worth the paper it is written on has the model attest to not being under the influence of drugs or alcohol. You can have a contract voided if you were under the influence.

Weed is a regulated substance, but speech about weed is not regulated.

No one can prove the youtube video is using actual weed, but porn doesn't need proof they just cut your shit off.
