I used my own. Doing this for several years now.

I use interspire ( http://www.interspire.com/emailmarketer/ ) and use it with smtp.com

I'm looking to try sendgrid instead of smtp as their prices are a little better.

My software allowed me to do this..

We use php program mailing-manager to send mail. Why pay third party for smtp service when we send mail thru php function
