If I have $xx,xxx in Bitcoin. How do I convert this to money in my hand by the end of the week via western union or moneygram, paypal, moneybookers, or cash in envelope or something like this with less than 1% risk or so?

That's one specific exchange, others are lower, some are higher.

Do your research and you can get much lower fees.
