Been using it for years. I use general hydroponics nutrients with it. It's good stuff.

oh and party cups are good for your plants. the clear cups are better but cost more. you can use two cups to make it self watering. :) i was thinking what to put in the middle of the two cups so it holds more water :helpme maybe a wood chip or something?

Use 5 gallon nursery pots with a 2 inch layer of well rinsed hydroton (German clay pellets) top and bottom for a better air / root interface

do you make them self watering? im using grow bags and buckets. when i get setup ill make a thread with pics :) im going commercial by the end of the year.

I run a hydro ebb and grow bucket setup but a fellow Cg runs the coco and loves it.
