Been using it for years. I use general hydroponics nutrients with it. It's good stuff.

oh and party cups are good for your plants. the clear cups are better but cost more. you can use two cups to make it self watering. :) i was thinking what to put in the middle of the two cups so it holds more water :helpme maybe a wood chip or something?

I'm using 3-stage coco-specific Botanicare CNS 17 nutrients (grow, bloom and ripe)

Use 5 gallon nursery pots with a 2 inch layer of well rinsed hydroton (German clay pellets) top and bottom for a better air / root interface

You can feed with every watering and you'll be pleased with the results :thumbsup
