I want to run Asian adult site but my base company is in Cambodia, and have Acleda bank account.

Can I have to receive money of subscription with CCbill? or any idea.

No CCBill doesn't take people from cambodia. Adult Payment Gateways in this land are nearly impossible. Anyway, if the bank see for example a address like adultcashsample you are in trouble
