sucks, got locked out of one of my accounts for answering one of the questions wrong now I have to call, fucking bullshit

all you have to do is click the forgot password link on the site and hopefully you remember the security questions you set up probably ages ago.

God knows what the clients previous employee used!

ah yeah. that would suck to deal with. i think it was a bad idea doing this. who knows how long is it going to take for many people to even realize they can't access their account.

1 hour and 35 minutes and still no return call.

I have like 4 domains left there after previous fuckups...
One is worth over 1k..Maybe I will just forget about it instead of all the coming headache...

Took more than 2 hours to get a human to give me information that should have been on the site to save the call.

That's how I got in, but lots of people are having issues with the security questions being different from what they entered. One person I know, the security question was "What's your full name" and it wouldn't take what he entered :1orglaugh

No it wont happen as that require some technical knowledge which average internet user dont have.

The technical knowledge needed to anything on a computer keeps going way down.

Some of us remember (and worked) before there was even DOS.

Just look howmany people still use internet explorer because they have no idea how to install other one.

Wasn't too bad - was on hold for a few minutes when it gave me the option to have them call me back...
15 minutes later, my phone rang and we cleared it up in a minute or two...
