lightinthebox.com, but keep in mind the EU customs charge income tax, don't know if the US customs do the same! bought my smartphone over there about 2,5-3 years ago, still in perfect shape (dual sim, quad band, gps tracker, television receiver, radio,...). It cost me 70? + income tax (don't know how much the big total was)
