Inet-Cash -> CCBILL cascade | Is it used?
 

I tried to signup as an affiliate with several fetish CCBILL sites, but some have also Inet-Cash present on join page. What makes me think thisa really bad sales leak..

Does an Inet-Cash sale cascade into CCBILL by default or it depends on individual setup?
