I think it's funny that Zimmerman is even being called white. Funny how the news media likes to stir up racial tension. Can't imagine it would be this big a deal if they just called Zimmerman latino. Look at the dude's picture, he doesn't look white at all.

Having gone to junior high in Southeast Washington, DC, I was always lead to believe that the racist term "cracker" was because white people's color looked like a saltine cracker.

Term was coined for cowboys in Florida in the 19th century actually. I guess it fits him kinda. Summer heat, sunburns...also produced "redneck". Necks became so red, the skin cracked. Hence, "cracker."

These guys were also often on the hunt for runaway slaves who fled to Florida from other southern states.

I've been called: cracker, powder, whitey... the term cracker came from old slavery.. Trust me.. I grew up in Iowa which was a northern state so it was a free state, but there were a lot of people that called white people "crackers" there..

She not messing up their case if thats what he said. They obviously already knew what she would say. If thats what he said then she is supposed to be honest. I dont understand what her intelligence has to do with the facts of the case. The biggest hurdles for the defense will be that Zimmerman exited his vehicle and that Martin had none of Zimmermans dna of him, nor was any of Martins dna present on the weapon. Precious cant mess up this case.

I just wanted to add.. Black people, your race riot card has been revoked. When Zimmerman gets off, you can't blame the white man, you can't blame the Mexican.. You have to accept this dumb ho is your own..

I am not paying attention to this other than what is pushed in my face. She testified that she couldn't read cursive... and could not read very the statement she signed. When asked why she thought race was brought into it, she said it was because Martin called him a "creepy ass cracker" on the phone - then when asked, insisted that's not offensive, racist or insulting. She is the main witness and she's 1/2 a retard and has done absolutely nothing but make the prosecution look bad. A star witness that isn't credible and can't be believed. Thats a problem. Her intelligence is very relevant in that it affects her ability to be a credible witness for the prosecution,... as we are seeing now.
