Where should I go to get a semi-complicated app made?
 

I want to get an ecommerce app made that is feature rich like ebay's app.
Ive been getting quotes like $10k for something barebones, $25k, $50k and $85k
I cant do any of those.

I attempted to do it myself yesterday and it turns out I am a shitty programmer.
So where would you go?
oDesk?
freelancer.com?
Vworker?
rentacoder?

Anyone have a good or bad experience using an offshore programmer for a complicated app?

Freelancer bought vworker, so those two are now one and the same, using the freelancer name.

What is it that you're trying to do?

My girl is a programmer and has been doing some iOS and Android app dev stuff for a new client/project she's working on for the next year.
