Will someone from Paxum contact me ?
Can't activate new card, can't get funds out of old card, no error messages when trying to activate card.

To me it looks like the old card was cancelled early (it's still 30th of June here) and that the new card will not activate because it's still in June.
Who knows with Paxum ? Ruth, Chris, someone who can actually do something and not speak stilted eastern european english would be great. |

It never just works to activate a new card. You always need to create a ticket first and then they say to try again and then it works. It never works without creating a ticket, I have done it with 6 different cards, same issue ever single time. Like they first need to manually add or approve it on their end or something.
