i can not advise to do that - a friend left Hungary with his studio because of insanely annoying harassment by the government - especially taxes

I agree, Hungry is very difficult for various reasons. Taxes, syndicates, local customs ect..

We have a large number of studios all over Hungry and it is a very different game there.

Try the lower Baltics, new region and very little exposure so far, basically under developed as far as studios go.

Studios like that are not legal there.

my gf is from Hungary and was interested in setting up her sister and her husband as house managers. I have a ton of studio experience here in the US.

when you say syndicates you mean gangs or mafia? They force you to pay "protection" money? if you have studios all over the country the money must still be pretty good if you are willing to put up with all of the above.
