Anyone tried paygol? I need a good micropayment solution - paygol takes 75%!!
 

Can't really monetize one fo my sites in good way so I am trying micropayment - in form of donations. The site is useful so maybe people will donate.

I just tried http://www.paygol.com/ and it all looks super simple and a cool way..I set it up in minutes and tried a test donation but then came the bad news: I donated (did I test myself,it is super easy,fast) 1EU but the reports say I earned 0.26EU. Really? They keep 75%?? Come on,this is terrible...

maybe this is why micropayment are not popular? They keep up to 80% and more,is this normal?? it sucks..

So does anyone know any micro payment solutions that are easy and free like paygol but that don't take virtually everything?

I searched this forum and no one mentioned paygol,not even micropayment are mentioed often. Why is that? To me it sounds like a perfect way to monetize south america and other countires. Any ideas? Why is this not more popular?

I also spoke with text2pay last month, and their rates were quite high if we make a comparison with the paygol.

Also you can speak with payby.me. They take %40 commission for my country, not so bad.

Just in case, I wanted to say. Mobile carriers are taking a big amount of % and micropayment solution takes a little amount of money, here it is. You get the %26 of the payment.

Also it depends on the country, rates for some countries are acceptable.

*I didn't use these processors and I don't know if they accept adult or not.

I'm currently working on a site where I want to use micropayments. But as adelie89 already said, providers are taking a huge part of the pie and you mostly get only a small share.

btw, I was looking for an adult donation solution but it seems it doesn't exist. Most donation systems are based on paypal which isn't useful for adult.
