three days passed and no news on my payment, no correspondence as well

you guys suck in case you don't have an explanation for that

in general for those who's curious:
- payments module was fucked up
- payment info change wasn't approved for a month, support ticket was ignored
- payments got 'processed' by NATS as paid while no payment method was set and no actual payments were released.
- i've got promised 3 days ago by Media to resolve it. nothing happened and i'm not informed what's going on. my icq request sent 12h ago wasn't returned

It's a holiday weekend, and you were answered yesterday by me that we would know more on monday.. I told you accounting is looking into the matter.. they know you are owed, they are going to reconcile the account and get you paid up to date..

I cannot make people return from a holiday just to pay you over a weekend..
