Venezuela and Nicaragua make Snowden asylum offers
|
respect, but would he get there without "fuel issues"?

i bet Venezuela and Nicaragua have top-secret fancy flying private jets that have 9,000+ mile ranges that don't need to refuel like every private jet currently flying. that way if they are denied airspace, they won't have to u-turn for gas prior to flying across an entire ocean.
when transporting heads of state, it just doesn't make sense to have to land after flying 4000 miles to have to refuel a small jet prior to flying another 4000 miles across the atlantic ocean + another 1000 mile across south america. those clever Venezuelans and Nicaraguans! but snowden knew about the secret planes when he shrewdly mapped-out his dastardly plan months in advances! :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |
Refueling can happen in "friendly" countries.
And do you still clinge to your stupid idea that Bolivians were not denied entrance (although now most of those countries admitted it in political correct terms) and to your stupid idea that his plane was not searched unprecedented? Both things almost never happen. 0.0000000000000000001% (or whatever) chance for both things to happen accidentally. |
It said on the news its a bit complecated.
They sugested he would first go to cuba, as then he would be fine. ps As a brit I suport this chap and see him as a hero. |
have you seen a map of the world lately?
here's a brand spanking new one, you can see for yourself, it's all ocean after spain, france, italy. https://www.google.com/maps/vt/data=...TlQUiOziEmsZ9Y fuel issues on a private plane traveling 9000+ miles, 4000+ of that in the middle of the journey across an ocean, with a head of state, nah! |
No need to fly with head of state, any diplomat would do (for diplomacy protection).
What about flying to east Russia, refueling there and thats it? Just random idea, I am sure its doable in some way. By the way it looks simpler and no special charter plane involved: “He can’t buy a ticket and travel anywhere until he gets a valid set of traveling documents,” said the official, who spoke on condition of anonymity. “For this reason he was not on the list of passengers for a Havana-bound flight today and he hasn’t booked a seat for a Monday flight either. "Snowden will be able to travel out of Russia as soon as Venezuela or Nicaragua equip him with some valid foreign travel ID now that they offered him asylum," the official added. Experts agree Havana is the safest transit point for Snowden to use en route to Caracas, a city to which Moscow has no direct flights. from latimes.com article |

i think he should continue hopping in bed with non-aligned nations and head to venezuela.
|
By the way why do even talk about refueling, there are even commercial routes that are longer than that without refueling, so that would not even be an issue.

If they can force the landing of a Presidential Airplane in a 3rd country, they can and will get him. I know of a 1 way direct flight from mexico city to Pakistan that got re routed to LA so they could arrest a guy. |
the president of bolivia didn't fly commercial, thus the fuel issue.

Quote:
Ps: it was not fuel issue, it was US orchestrated takedown when all the countries denied air space entrance. |
who cares, nsa will crash that airplane over ocean, and that is GOOD BYE CHARLIE!

obviously austria was not denied airspace. the fact is the plane could not make the entire journey without refueling. they had to land somewhere for it, that place was austria.

And why did all these countries deny air space entrance if that plane would have landed in Austria for refueling anyway? Think :1orglaugh Even if Austria refueling was the original plan (was it???) that plane couldn't fly out of it (because of surrounding countries and flight clearance pending) before search was done. Normal 13 hour long refuel issue which never happens to presidential planes, of course it was just routine thing, nothing to do with US interest in Showden :1orglaugh Nobody can be that stupid. Except, obviously, you :1orglaugh |
yes, as i mentioned earlier, bolivia has top-secret fancy private jets that don't need to refuel during a 9000 mile flight with a head of state on board with 4000 miles of that across an ocean. got it.

What I am saying: Usual refueling stops does not include: 13 hour delays flight clearance canceling from all surrounding countries unprecedented search of presidntial plane How big of a moron must one be not to comprehend that it was Showden related takedown and not simply refueling? How big of a moron? How big of a moron? :helpme:helpme:helpme |
i haven't even broached the topic of what happened after the required landing for fuel. the fact is the plane had a fuel issue.
|
Even your big US media admits that plane was rerouted and there was no plan to land in Ausrtia:
http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/w...rales/2490925/ Why is all the rage from Latin america if that was scheduled landing due to fuel? Idiot!!!!!! Unbelievable....... |
that's why the plane u-turned back to austria, duh.

This baby can fly over 26K miles! I would go to Venezuela.....cheap gas, hot women, and beautiful beaches in Margarita! |

And you say that is just refueling issue :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |
that is a refueling issue. they had to land. period. fuel, you don't want to run out of it at 30,000 feet over the atlantic. common sense.

Are you this much of a hard head that you simply won't admit you are wrong? Is your ego that fucking big or are you just in denial? |

It was orchestrated takedown in order to search the plane for Showden. Only a moron can not comprehend such a simple thing. And refueling does not take 13 hours. |

lolz, you two can't even remember the context in which i brought that up. too funny, i'm happy to recollect it here for this thread, since it was already alluded to.
i was updating the other thread in real time and c&p'ed the fact that there was "fuel issue" reported in the news, verbatim, their words, not mine. which i then went on to say i have no idea what a fuel issue means but it could be that the plane needed to refuel at some point, which turns out to be true. next, at one point in my kindly updating that thread with real time news reporting, i opined on the latest update, that all those countries explicity denied denying airspace to the flight, that that makes just as much sense at that time as the bolivian claiming imperialistic kidnapping. nevertheless, that opinion was not right, i wasn't attached to it and i'm still not. i was thinking out loud along with the realtime info and not making any conclusions, i felt no need to jump to any conclusions yet, i was enjoying the story as it unfolded and chimed in an opinion based on that. i'm sure neither of you will get any of that, nor even attempt to get that. |
