It looks like the support is a real issue with Plughrush. Sent email, icq message, private message and no response followed. See a few threads with people have problems with them also.

That's what even more strange, I remember I received the reply from their ticket system within 24 hours. But it seems that they simply ignore you when your account is banned and you're trying to use any other means of contact to reach them.
