Any logitech HD webcam will give that video quality! But she has a good light that makes the difference and then you need a good pc i7 with at least 6Gb Ram memory!

I'm constantly telling my studio performers this but they never listen...those girls with a crystal clear stream are generally packing Intel i5 or i7 processor and that coupled with a decent shop light that you can find at Home Depot for $40 will instantly make you more money!
