Best plugin to play videos in Wordpress?

Using this jQuery plugin and takes forever to load the videos. I want them to load faster and play without any delay. What plugins do you recommend?

JWPlayer is a good one, but it cost if you want to remove their text from the player. WordPress 3.6 is going to add video support. Not sure what that will entail, haven't tried the beta yet.

use the free kvs player it has no branding, i dont use the plugin i think its better to hardcode it into the blog.
