Now since Webair caved and called me about this shit even though Lawrence Connor SIGNED OFF on this photo with pornstaru.com , Now I'm being asked to take it down....So I WILL take the PHOTO down in 24 hours...However, I wrote that story from my own mind, I own the copywrite to it, and it's staying up.....So in the meantime, please read the following story I wrote about him and copy this picture for yourself...I will put it on any free host I can find along with the story as follows:

The pale white man pictured above is named Lawrence Connor. Lawrence was nothing but a troll who wandered on the adult webmaster message boards and made a name of himself of being a complete idiot. He kept telling people that he wanted to get in the porn industry and everybody laughed at him, including me. But since he was an entertaining clown, people tolerated him. There is a VERY popular adult webmaster message board that I won't name to stop anymore trolls from coming to the place but Lawrence was there every day making a damn fool of himself.

People would say "What in the fuck is wrong with Lawrence Connor?". Some people didn't even believe that he was real. They thought that it was some other person in the porn biz that created a fake character to create entertainment on the board. I chatted with Lawrence on my ICQ messenger a few times and he always seemed like he had a screw loose. There are a lot of fans of porn who are on the outside and they never get a chance to see what it is like to fuck a hot babe on camera...Some of them come to the video porn conventions and act like an idiot while drooling over some porn star just to get a picture with them.

Well after a year or so of being the village idiot, a company finally gave Lawrence the chance to fulfill his dream of becoming a porn star. So to Lawrence Connor, I salute you. I never thought that you would get a chance to actually get with a female. I was wrong and so were a lot of other people and they owe you an apology for ever doubting you....You are the fucking man!

I'd ask webair under what grounds they want the page removed. It is a true account of what happened and contains nothing illegal.

I haven't heard from LC for some time until just a few days ago. He emailed me "nicely" and asked to remove a few photos of him from his server. I removed them, but told him that if he ever bothered me again I would put them back up.

That's basically what I was going to say.

I had never heard of the guy before coming here, so have no idea what kind of a twit he was on the boards as you mention. But, it's not like he comes here still (that I know of) and makes a nuisance of himself, unlike others who get banned, get a new nick, and come back to do it all over again.

Unless he wronged you personally, I say be the bigger man and take it down and let the poor shmuck move on with his life. It obviously causes him more distress than any value it might offer to you.

First of all .... just telling me that you want XXXXXX.jpg removed "because of DMCA" is not a properly formatted request, and will go right to my trash!

If you have a legitimate request, and cannot even bother to google how to format a proper DMCA taketown request, then I am sorry to say, but you are also going straight to my trash.

I get so many affiliates also trying to have me close down sites hosted by me, because somebody copied their gallery or blog post .... I'm sorry, but only the OWNER of an image - or their assigned agent - can request a takedown. Affiliates have no ownership rights over said photos, so again you are wasting my time.

I even once had some chinese guy claiming to be a lawyer order me to take down the very large British escort site I host, because "it's color scheme was the same as his site, and he is obviously trying to copy his site's look!"

My reply to this chinese lawyer was simply "ARE YOU FUCKING HIGH? PLEASE STOP WASTING MY TIME, AND HAVE A NICE DAY!!"

Bottom line really is, if anybody is hosting images that do belong to others, take 30 minutes to educate yourself as to what constitutes a legal DMCA notice, and what is bullshit. Wait a second. They may not have ownership rights over the photos but don't they have ownership rights over the text which they authored? I wasn't aware that the DMCA only covered images and videos. I'm not a lawyer but it seems to me you might be messing up and if an affiliate really wanted to push it they could now make you liable for copyright infringement.
