Did you send in your blood toxicology report to them first along with your DNA strand verification from your doctors office?

They wont accept docs unless you do that first :Oh crap

You need to unfold the documents and lay them flat. Fucking foreigners. Always trying to save a buck by faxing documents folded into little squares so they go through faster.
