Constantly late payments according to the threads here from credible people. Not just once or twice a year but all the time and sometimes weeks late.

They do a good job for me. Only late a couple times by a couple days. They answer my phone calls and chats and have straightened out any issues I've had.

This is obviously a fake nick of one of the usual Zombaio haters but for the benefit of any real newbies who see this I will answer as though it's a genuine question.

There have been occasional issues over the years with late payments caused mainly I believe by third party ACH providers or banking issues (customer and zombaio) but on the whole they have always been solid for me.

A few people claim to have had their accounts closed "without valid reason", but from what I can see, most were either exceptionally aggressive and unprofessional about payment or other issues or had content that contravened Zombaio's rules OR refused to give any details of their sites, so we only have their word that the termination was without justification.

It is my belief that normal business people don't have issues with Zombaio. In this thread alone, Robbie, Adultmobile, CaptKawaii all use Zombaio. These guys are very far from being idiots.

(this doesn't mean everybody else is, it just means I don't know who they are :) )

Are Zombaio perfect? No. Do they deserve the shit accusations in threads like this? Definitely no.

Could be zombaio was late to send a wire to us too, but I am lazy to go check if this ever happened. We also use redpass to pay some model and affiliate, and I not remember issues there too. I can understand some sites get broke if the biller is late even just a week, that would be the real problem to check first.

This site is ripping off content from companies like ours (Flava Works, inc.)

DMCA Notices to this company and this Zombaio billing company go unanswered. This is why I suggested perhaps the only way to get their attention to remove stolen content is to file a lawsuit.

That is easy. Most of Zombaio's payment issues have been with their ACH payouts.

Neither ccbill, nor Epoch, great as they both are, even offer ACH payments, let alone a card like redpass, so yes Zombaio don't quite hit the mark, but they do try to offer more.

I don't think that Zombaio close down everybody who has had issues with them, just the people who don't act professional in trying to resolve the issue. In those cases, it makes sense to drop a customer. In the same way you would drop a customer, who constantly complained about your site on public boards over and over and wouldn't shut up however hard you tried to make him happy.

If you have any issues with sites we are processing for send me a email at [email protected] and we will look into it, we turn down sites every day looking for a billing solution because their content is questionable or in violation of VISA/MC regulations.

Your account with Zombaio were closed and you were paid all monies owned incl. your reserve immediately this were based on a mutual agreement.
Later after you had a person manage your website you both contacted Zombaio asking if we would bill for your sites again, we decliened based on our previous history with you and your posts on various forums.

Not too mention you actually threatened to close us down because we had a merchant account billing for webcam and phone and you told us we *MUST* bill phone and webcam thru you and not a merchant account.

Thats another thing that led to our falling out. You guys demanded we give you our personal merchant account details or else you would close our processing account

Imagine a slimey cheesy rat bastard like Michael Asshole O demanding you the webmaster/merchant give him your personal merchant account info like he is judge,jury and king shit.

Its anybodys guess what this ass hat would have done with a merchants personal merchant account details.

You guys Still are holding our rebills and reserve/hold back....you are still holding those funds and its anybodys guess if you will do whats right and send those funds you kept!

Now will you be sending check wire or red pass?
