Paxum takes Card Yearly Maintenance - fee 44.95 but then denies user his card.

We dont want to jump through hoops for your card-- How do we get a refund?

We'd rather transfer the money to JuicyAds.com

Must we jump through a million hoops to do this too?

Paxum you are a very creepy company!!! As the rest- your time is coming

If you wish to cancel your current Paxum MasterCard request, please access this ticket from the Message Center of your Paxum Account and post a reply in it authorizing us to do this for you. The $44.95 yearly maintenance fee will be reversed to your account

RESOLVED! Thanks Paxum for a prompt response.. but we're still disappointed in your services... Not everything is for everybody I guess:2 cents:

The saddest part, is look how far you had to take it for customer service that should be expected. Having to take bullshit to the boards to get shit resolved in unacceptable.

That being said, congrats on getting your shit straightened out.

Harmon,
You are 100% wrong. He had a ticket with us regarding this already and got a response before I even sat back down at my desk to look into this after seeing the thread.

I loved when I'd go to the store to buy groceries for a week or two, and getting my fucking Paxum card denied. Call their support on the back of the card and they can't tell you anything, can't fix the card. I swear they pay some Indian lady $10 a day to answer the phone for that number and tell us the same scripted bullshit "We cannot access your card details, You must contact your card provider". You can hear kids in the background when you're trying to get support! I gladly canceled my card with them, and every time someone asks me if I take Paxum, I tell them exactly why I DON'T.

I've considered trying the service again but there's no way I'd pay another $45 to have my card declined when I need my fucking food.

Chris

This is true!!!!

But to still have people submitting US Drivers License as a main payment verification-- and then sending a message later saying this is secondary... If you know this is secondary- why not state in the admin for your new users. It seems misleading-0-- if if isn't.
