my account in payoneer is active and i got message in my email that i can start receive payments from select corporations, i have payout from my adult affiliates from FRANCE, the question is can i ask my manager to send my payout in payoneer, even i dont have card yet on my hand? anyone can teach me how?

you have to ask your affiliate program for a link to connect their program to your payoneer account
