Good Luck with the Civil Suit, Mr. Martin...
You will need it.
There are some nasty FACTS attached to the Stand Your Ground law. Won't be like OJ or any trial like it. O'Mara (One of GZ's attorneys) said today in an interview the Martin family should think twice about bringing the suit as all the dirty laundry against TM will be on full display. If Martin family loses they will have to pay GZ's legal fees. Also, the stand Your Ground Law if applied in criminal case and defendant wins, defendant is immune to law suits based on presumed civil rights violations. This is why Eric Holder keeps saying he will abide by the law and the facts and why the Martin civil suit will probably never leave the dream stage. I've been talking to friends from around the globe last few days. Every color you can imagine. All said one thing: I am paraphrasing of course, "I do not hate American blacks but their actions and behavior make me wary and worried to be around them." "If I lived in America I would never live near them. They attract problems/trouble/violence." That last quote came from 3 different Africans who do not know each other, each from a different country. BTW, I was married to Arab-African before and consider North Africa my second home. I do not hate people based on their color. I tend to hate/distrust people based on their actions and lack of character. I am upper middle class and I hang with the middle and upper classes. Maybe that makes me a classicist, but it is my comfort zone. Most normal people search for their comfort zones. :2 cents::2 cents: |

Texas is not friendly to non-Texans. Except for Austin, where 2 out of 3 chicks will suck your dick in the park. Love that town. :thumbsup |

Looks like its Anal Sex night at Angela Corey's house...
http://news.yahoo.com/zimmermans-law...025529776.html "This is not acceptable, and is not going to be tolerated in any case that I'm involved in," O'Mara told Reuters in New York on Monday, accusing special prosecutor Angela Corey and lead trial attorney Bernie de la Rionda of Brady violations. "They are a disgrace to my profession," O'Mara said, referring specifically to de la Rionda and Corey. "They said my client was 'lucky' to have been acquitted. Really?" Corey responded that O'Mara's comments were unprofessional and challenged him to point to any judge's ruling that her office improperly withheld evidence. "Our office adhered to the highest standards of ethical behavior," Corey told Reuters in a telephone interview. "Our rules of professional conduct regulate comments like that. I don't think those are the kind of comments that are appropriate." Her office confirmed last week that it had fired its information technology director, Ben Kruidbos, who had testified in a pre-trial hearing that files he created with text messages and images he retrieved from Martin's phone were not handed to the defense. Kruidbos testified last month that he found embarrassing photos on Martin's phone that included pictures of a clump of jewelry on a bed, underage nude females, marijuana plants and a hand holding a semi-automatic pistol. Trayvon packing a pistol? Nice fathering there, Tracy. :upsidedow |
