Yes, it's bad that democratic countries more and more resemble dictatorships with no freedom of speech, common surveillance, and wild censorship. Is it bad for adult webmasters? I think decrease of quality traffic and sales is bad for webmasters. Is it bad for parents and kids? I think yes, it's bad because parents will think job is done for them while let's be honest, porn will still be accessible by web because it's physically impossible to block everything adult unless you block all sites with user submitted content.
