PSW: how long have they been without checks?
After PSW stuffed up Visa processing for non USA/EU webmasters I kept them as a backup mastercard, and primary check processor. I'm hardly checking my stats since most of my signups are via my new primary.
On their webmaster login screen is a message saying this: <b>PSW's Online Check Forms have been temporarily disabled to allow for updates and enhancements. Subscribers will be forwarded our credit card forms until integration is complete. Please contact Client Services with any questions or concerns.</b> Looks like they didn't bother to notify us via email. PSW shoots themselves in the foot again. :BangBang: Does anyone know how long checks have been unavailable? It's been at least a day or two. |
I think I first saw that yesterday, but it might have been the evening before. I agree that an email with some info and an eta would be in order.

Says a lot that even when you e-mail them they still can't identify exactly what the problem is, when it started and when it will be fixed.

I receive all of my checks... every week they send me every penny for all my accounts

I thought I'd bump this for a giggle. Their check signups have been 'temporarily disabled' for nearly 5 months now.
