Bot purchased from us is not for redistribution or resale; if you have a bot that you would like us to create for commercial sale, please contact us.

Updates for softwares are not provided, we will modify previously purchased software for a certain price. Price depends on how much changes we need to perform to make it workable again for you. we will provide free bug fixes within first 15 days of purchase, on the purchased software.

We are not responsible for any crime, theft or damage arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on or products and services supplied by us. We will not accept projects related to illegal or malicious activities, nor anything that would violate the terms and rules of GFY.COM.

Refunds may be requested within 48 hours of initial purchase. Once a final product that has been determined to be bug-free and fully functional is delivered, refunds are NOT available.

Source files are not provided with the purchase, you have to pay additional fee to get the source file of the purchased bot. The additional fee would be 50% of the purchased bot's price.

Basic simple software will be delivered within 2-4 working days or less , advanced within 5-7 days or more depend on complexity of the project.
