Fryfest - Got any ideas?
 

So next weekend my town is shutting down the middle of the town and is gonna have sorta like a fair of some sorts but without the rides and that.. Basically an adult fair. Live music, people out cooking and grilling food, and to celebrate it, me and some buddies are throwing a party in another buddies backyard to celebrate his new house and the festival... We're throwing the first annual Fryfest during that time.

We've got this beefy boy to cook shit tons of meat and all the goodies:

And a long with it we're gonna have some big deep friers that we can cook things in... Anything we can think of to batter and deep fry, we're gonna do...

Now my question is... Anyone have any good ideas of things to fry?

I took a look through Texas State Fair's website to get some ideas as they seem to fry every fucking thing under the sun, and have came up with 2 things I think will go over well here.
