Ok, I finally got ahold of roxanne, who is the head of the accounting department for websitebilling.

She assured me that all payments will be sent out either this afternoon or tomorrow afternoon at the latest.

She said that they are waiting for a big "batch" to come in from their old merchant number...... and that today was the limit for the old bank to pay them (evidentally they had 45 days to pay websitebilling)

Hopefully Roxanne pulls through.......

I have to mention that I find it a bit startling that these guys don't have the cash on hand to even manage a single payout if their banks are late.

I also spoke to accounting, If im not mistaken I called this past wednesday. They told me a check for the full month of jauary was mailed on the 10th of Feb.

Well today, 18 days after it suposidly was mailed, NO CHECK YET!

IBill, IPS and now WSB. The excuse that the bank has not released the money is terrifying. This is money that was paid into WSB, who took 15% and then hold back 10%. So what happened to the 75%.

That's something I mentioned in my latest email to Mike.

First let me say I don't hold Mike personally accountable - for all I know, he could just be hired help.

But the fact remains the money was generated by clients buying memberships to our websites. Money from OUR work. And for WSB to hold onto money they didn't earn, keeping it from those who did the work for it, is just plain wrong.

Regardless if their bank paid them or not, your agreements are between yourselves and WSB, not with WSB's bank. I don't see "First National Bank of SCREW-U" on the agreement, do you? So regardless if they got paid, they should be sending out your cash, period!

I'm not personally owed any money by WebSiteBilling, but a friend of mine has several thousand coming from them. He's pretty tweaked about the situation. Apparently he's owed for something like three months worth of sales with them. He also tells me that the woman he always gets on the phone is less than friendly.

This shit is really getting old. We've all been burned by sponsors in the past, and now it seems like the billing companies feel that it's their turn to play fast and loose with our money.

Jact has it right: your agreement is not with a processors banks or anyone else except the processor. I loved it when IBill decided they didn't need to pay anyone for Web900 sales because they said THEY didn't get paid for Web900. Convenient. They keep taking their percent out of your checks and just shaft you whenever they get the urge. Next month when your mortgage (or taxes the month after that) comes due, tell them you can't pay them because WSB hasn't released your funds and see what happens.

No matter how lousy shit gets there's always those five guys running around saying stuff like "There's nothing wrong, they're getting it straightened out, just give them a little time" but when things finally implode they'll be the first ones on here starting threads with little flaming red frownies on them bitching about the ass-fucking they took.

The sites you are promoting are on the hook as well. There are two contracts involved, the primary one with the site as their agent and then the one with their biller to facilitate that.

I think he meant that cuz the checks are mailed from that oofice & not the UK, we should be gettin' them a helluva lot sooner than waiting for airmail from UK.

This is abosultely bullshit! I've had it with all their lies. Everytime I hear something about our checks it's always something different! It's obvious they're giving us the run around. If they were at least honest about it all it might be a little different, but they're continually lying to EVERYONE! I haven't been paid a cent from any sales in 2003 & we're already in fucking March! I'm gonna contact my attorney monday, I have screenshots of everything I'm owed from WSB, I'm no longher gonna push any sites that use WSB until I'm paid & I'm also gonna be doing some checking around w/ the authorities in Hollywood, FL.

I am with all of you. Mike Sperber told me Monday that he was absolutely positive we'd be paid this week. It's now Sunday, 3/2, and I see no ACH deposit as promised. :helpme

I am all for calling ther police, the attorney general, or whoever. WSB may have headquarters in the UK, but they have a main US office in Florida, so the AG shouldn't mind looking into it. :ak47:

Maybe the are going to send us the money for 3 payouts. Coz 03/01/2003 is a begining of the new payperiod. I think they are going to send us the money couple days latter... coz of new payperiod.

If they were sending it in the past week so next week they should send another payout. Thats a lot of work...

Anyways iam just wondering.

Maybe they will pay us next year....that would even be more

So many times I have seen the same shit, a company screwes you (webmasters) over they start with their bullshit about banks and FTC and FCC and you guys buyit and continute to work your ass off and not get paid.

The second someone does not pay you learn to move on, no second chances! You are not god you are a hard working webmasters that deserves no BULLSHIT!

If Roxanna or Mike made the shit up or they where told so by higher ups should really not matter, what matters is you did not get paid!

I'm just sick of their shit. Period.....

I called the police department in hollywood florida, and had them send me a crimial complaint form.

I got it today, and just got done filling it out. I listed mark and roxanne as the only contacts that i have at the company.

I filled out the complaint as a theft complaint.

I also filled out the online complaint form on the Florida A.G.'s website.

I also filled out a formal complaint form on the better businesses bureau......

I also filled out a complaint on the IFCC FBI website for internet fruad.

Hear that roxanne and mike...... i can guarantee that you guys will be getting some investigative phone calls in the next day or so.........

I'm ready to fuck these dipshits up........
