i do not have a Payoneer account yet.
i am confused to their service.
Is it a must to request a card when open an account ?

If i wish to withdraw balance to my bank account instead of card withdrawal,
Can i not have a card issue to me ?

Is Payoneer like Paypal that i can withdraw accumulated balance to my bank account ?

How to apply and the balance withdrawal fee is ?
