Theoretically Speaking - Censorship Question..
 

Obviously many countries block many surfers from accessing certain websites. These can range from porn to torrents or propaganda.
I guess, most surfers in the affected countries could use proxies or proxy sites until that proxy got blocked.
Sites like come.in allow people to access blocked content on their own servers.

If you wanted someone in for example Dubai to access porn or someone in London to access Torrents (or porn by the end of the year) how would you achieve this. Bear in mind if you use a normal proxy it will just get blocked.

Simple. Sell to the US only and be done with it.

But maybe let's try to fight it first to not have to struggle with it later? Although there are some ways like mentioned in the link above this will make surfing slow and the whole internet experience ruined.
