If so, what are you using? Google calendar? Outlook? Something more advanced?

google calendar and todoist

Why both? isn't one enough?

unfortunately the tasks in google are very limited - i need recurring tasks, different categories etc.

and todoist works well for that, integrates in Chrome, Outlook and has Android Apps. So my stuff is always synchronized

todoist is a task manager, not a calendar

if google had better tasks i'd use only that

Mac's built-in iCal.

Same here. LOVE it. Works perfectly, easy to use, syncs with iPhone, google, has reminders, etc. Really helps me alot.

ACT! Unfortunately there's no OS X version, but it now has a mobility function so your iPad, iPhone or Android can interact.

Custom reoccurring calendar dates. Little pricey, but you can try for free.

using a calendar to plan our your day will create great time management. If you stick to it, it will drastically help productivity. I have used outlook calendar up until a few months ago. Switched to google.
