Do you use calendar software?

If so, what are you using? Google calendar? Outlook? Something more advanced?

MaDalton 08-01-2013 06:40 PM

unfortunately the tasks in google are very limited - i need recurring tasks, different categories etc.

and todoist works well for that, integrates in Chrome, Outlook and has Android Apps. So my stuff is always synchronized

Axel_Crak 08-01-2013 07:05 PM

Gmail for calendar
Asana for tasks

todoist is a task manager, not a calendar

if google had better tasks i'd use only that

I'm going to try todoist as well :thumbsup My needs are much more task-related than schedule/date related.

Calendar, to-do, address book, email & more

ACT! Unfortunately there's no OS X version, but it now has a mobility function so your iPad, iPhone or Android can interact.

Custom reoccurring calendar dates. Little pricey, but you can try for free.

calendar.app for Mac.

gabe100 08-05-2013 09:35 AM

ACT = super old school, i knew it very well. Same with Goldmine. Fun days in the mid nineties.

Sly, try Calendar Trick, works great :)

using a calendar to plan our your day will create great time management. If you stick to it, it will drastically help productivity. I have used outlook calendar up until a few months ago. Switched to google.

Itchy 08-05-2013 02:35 PM
