Quitting the biz while I'm behind, domains + sites, domains are at moniker so there's where they'll be pushed to, with a handful of domains at cyberwurx. sites are on a dedi at cyberwurx who have never given me any reason to assume that'd be any kind of major headache to get transferred etc, so should be a pretty smooth deal if there are any takers.

Not leaving totally, just very different avenues which I won't go into, and yeah if I don't get a quick sale (fair amount of interest, and why not, I know it's a good deal) I'll just keep them all. I do little to no work on any of these sites, and even factoring in the farrah abraham rush that brought in a quick $1700 or so on 1st release, all these sites as a whole are obviously self sufficient :thumbsup

sell network = no need to worry about renewing domains, getting around to replacing dead sponsor links, developing the undeveloped (aged) domains, getting around to updating/adding content (all are 'set and forget' my end) etc. Lots of scope for improvement to this network for anyone with the time and inclination :thumbsup

In a nutshell, and in my 'basic' way of speaking: I can't be assed to dick around with it, and would rather take 10k, I'm happy, new owner is happy and can improve on it, develop, and so on, and I can get on with the other avenues I'm focussing more on :)

If it hasn't sold by Friday, I'll keep it and the residual income it brings untouched :thumbsup

thanks mate :) yeah those set & forget strategies brought me 6 figures a year for 6 or 7 years straight, but those days are gone unfortunately lol. Someone with the work ethic to add and/or update etc can do far more with these sites now than I can, and I'm all for seeing them being put to better use than I currently put them to :thumbsup

Money is not as easy, does not mean they can not be better than ever for some. :2 cents:

They can if they work harder and/or smarter. But they would be even more better (few times) in pre-tube state of industry.
If they work the same amount and with same smartness then it is worse then ever.
