It was great working with Doug at CCBill for 10+ years, and Joel was one of the smartest guys there (and trust me, i got more than my share of getting yelled at by him) and Hank has been a great friend for years, congrats and good luck on your venture guys


Douglas Wicks, former VP of sales at CCBill, has acquired an equity stake in payment solutions company Payze.com.

Payze was founded by industry veterans that have been working with established payment systems since the late 1990s. In 2009, Joel Paulin, former CFO and COO of CCBill, LLC, and Hank Freeman, CEO and founder of SexKey, joined forces to help colleagues and friends take control of their credit-card processing and merchant accounts. Shortly thereafter, they launched the Payze suite of software to a handful of private clients as they continued to expand the offering, solutions and alliances.

So Sexkey Hank is one of the founders of Payze (a payment solution)? I might not be the smartest person, but it looks like CCBill is the primary processor for Sexkey.

Evil Chris you should hook your boss up with a merchant account for Payze processing.. ;-)

You mean the P is too tall? Logo looks ok to me. But "Payze" is confusingly similar to "Payza" (formerly AlertPay). At first I was thinking "is a typo and he meant Payza?", then I figured it is really a different Payza one.

Great question indeed. The new Sexkey and Mansites platform are currently in development. We are transitioning off our legacy affiliate program and eventually onto NATS. We also have some exciting 3rd party build outs in the works. :winkwink:

Sexkey is and was one of the first programs to process through Payze. We will also continue to process with CCBill, Segpay and Epoch.

CCBill has been around for a long time...how many people stay with a company for over 1/3 of their lives?...

Payze existed before Alert Pay changed their name to Payza. But I can obviously see where it could be confusing.

Not only it COULD but it is. What a dumb ass idea to invent Pill or Afrizillian names for a financial company?
