Going something like this:

US: Japan, we want you to allow us to sell GMO's in Japan without having to label them as such.

JAPAN: No thank you.

US: We want you to stop selling those tiny little cars. American Car Makers cannot make them that small because Americans cannot fit into them. And make your cars crappy too. Americans don't notice it.

JAPAN: No thank you.

US: We want you to let American Insurance companies in so they can fuck over Japanese people like they do Americans.

JAPAN: No thank you.

US: Why can't Monsanto come and play in Japan? Monsanto's GMO rice is very nice.

JAPAN: After learning what Monsanto is doing to India's agricultural landscape...No thank you.

It's very revealing about the US infrastructure. Senators are coming next couple months to please the case, i.e. beg for corporates.
