Traffic management & SEO; outsource, hire of DIY
I've been thinking about either outsourcing or hiring a (remote) worker to do things like traffic trades, hardlink trades/buying, simple on-site SEO, plug trades/buying, etc..
Would that work? Whats your experience with that? I always say "if you want it done right, do it yourself", but i'm getting a little bit tired doing it myself.. :D |
good luck finding someone that can do it well and cheap :2 cents::2 cents:

It would work, but you got to pay for it. No one (of skill) is gonna do it for peanuts.

It doesn't have to be cheap.. I know outsourcing sounds cheap, but i'm not thinking about some cheap indians or pinoys..
But I mean, if there's people out there who know how to do it right, they probably started something for themselves, right? |
Try finding someone on Odesk.
You should be able to hire a fairly competent person for around $400 per month, however ensure you treat it like a real job, conduct interviews and screen applicants. Then ensure that you are always clear about what you expect and ensure that you provide clear instructions combined with good feedback to your employee. Just because you outsource doesn't mean you don't have to be a good manager. |

IMO, it won't be easy to find someone who can do it right and who is willing to do it for others as they can just do it for themselves and make more. |
