Datingfactory issue
I want to know if it happened to some you guys, here it is.
I referred a couple of webmasters and one of them started to make sales. He was making a steady flow of free signups and of course, some of them turned out to be paying members. I got credited for this (still showing up in the stats) but the guy disappeared from my account after ????? So no more free signup/convertion. I think the guy had close to 1k of members in it's whitelabel. I asked them what happened and got one answer only. "What's the name of the guy". - "Well i don't recall as i have referred over 50 webmasters to you so far...." !??? (I said to myself, who the heck recalls the names of the guys they refer to programs, anyways ?) Sent more emails about the issue as it could be a stat glitch, got no replies. Very, very disappointed to say the least. I have been online since 97 So share your experience in here please. Thanks |
I'm surprised they couldn't read your mind. Doesn't even appear that had any psychics working that day. Really weird for sure.
"i need help".. "sure, we'd love to help... with what exactly" "Uhm.. dunno" "ok, we'll get right on that and fix that for you asap" |
1) Need help yes
2) Referred webmaster (biggest one so far) gone 3) How come ? 4) No replies anymore What else can i ask ? Now you tell me ! Sorry but i don't keep on file every webmaster i refer to every damn programs for the past 16 years geeeeeeee Now if i understood your logic, it's my fault ? |
Probably a good idea to take a screenshot when anything like that happens such as where you land a whale. It gives you some evidence for later if something like this should happen.
I don't know the story and I know little about Datingfactory but a probing question such as what is the guy's name could also be meant to see if you are contact with him. If you are they can't claim "he was a chatter and his account was terminated" if that isn't true. If you don't know him they can claim anything they want and you have no way of calling them on it. :( You would think their system would have logs to see who you referred and what happened where you wouldn't need those details but maybe not and the coder omitted those features. That you aren't getting replies is troubling, maybe quite telling. |

If it's these same guys maybe try the forum there and post this. It looks like they check it regularly. Hopefully it gets worked out.

Of course now i did a screenshot but it's too late...
I guess from now on, i'll make one with everything sponsor i refer people to signup. Was it a whale i referred ? Humm maybe ? Was the guy a cheater, that i don't know. What would have been cool is that they at least contact me about it. I also understands that they receives lots of emails. Oh well, i'm fried on this one i guess. Damn... |
Are you Andre? I received an email from someone name Andre about this same issue on August 8th, and responded the same day - asking who the affiliate was. I got no response so I followed up on August 14th.
Contact me at richard @ datingfactory.com. Note I'll be in transit on Sunday and out of town most of next week, but I'm pretty good with email. |
Dating Factory Rocks!
