Cant login to wordpress

Is it only me? when ttying to open the mysite.com/wp-login.php the pop up box asking for login details appear on every wp install instead of a html page like normal. plus the login details doesnt work.

Edit. i just got a mail from my host, they added a layer of security to my account. Thanks Webair !
