Has GFY Stopped New Member Registrations ?

Hi,

My friend registered on GFY.com and then he tried to post replies to threads created by other GFY members, but my friend told me that he can't post replies as GFY site tells him that his account is under moderation or he requires permission from Mods to post or something else.

So my question is, has GFY stopped new members' registrations and if not then what a new member has to do to activate his account ?
