I am actually an advocate of loser pays in most cases....

OJ is so wishing he had been in Florida all the time.

I never heard of a law like that before, but it is a reasonable thing.
But just like all reasonable things, there will be cases where it just doesn't seem right.

This is pretty standard for such cases in Florida. I can only imagine what the final bill for his trial will be.

I wonder what the donations for his legal fund totaled vs his bill? If there's a surplus can he pay taxes and keep it?

What a nightmare

Is Zimmerman going to in turn pay back the thousands of supporters that contributed to his legal fund?

I am willing to bet there was more than $300k involved. Why should he?
