For over a decade I have had over 100 blogs that had a lot of their posts done via autopilot (rss feeds via feedwordpress, wpautoblog, etc)...

Just as many of you have realized, some time ago I also had found that programs such as lotzadollars.com for example, tout Morphing RSS Blog feeds.. only to find out later they only have a handful of blog posts that repeat over and over and over and over again for years upon years... I realized this after the blogs I had them on had their SERP's dramatically dropped...

After that I had been checking my blogs manually for other programs (sorting by title and looking at any dupes)...

For years I thought I was on top of things... then I used the "Duplicate Posts Remover" plugin by Optimum7 and found that many more of my feeds were re-circulating the same duplicate content as well..

Not only that, but a number of them may have had a glitch that caused dupes, and a bunch duplicate the same exact posts on the same feed for a photo gallery as well as a video gallery.. Of even feedwordpress if set to update to often (or if they stopped updating their feeds) would just keep importing the old posts as new posts causing a ton of duplicates... (due to the morphing)

Am I giving a testimonial to push "Duplicate Posts Remover" plugin by Optimum7? ... Nope!

I have been using that plugin for some time now, but it is severely lacking in it's functions.. It only checks the titles.. and there are many posts by feeds, and also manual posts, that have the same title.. So with that plugin, you really need to go through each post to double check (unless it's an obvious offender, then you can just kill them off).

So I am posting this here in hopes of someone pointing me to a plugin that compares the actual text within the post.

If anyone knows of a good plugin for this, please let us all know..

As I said it does not do what I (or anyone else) needs it to do... It's barely working for what is needed..

now if they had a "pro version" and charged for it, that did what we need it to do, and if they had an affiliate program for me to push.. and i had a code there, or i was the owner of the script.. then make all of the accusations ya want.. lmfao

I posted that hoping others would at least see how many of their blogs are being totally fucked up and then maybe someone would be able to find a plugin to do what is needed that i could not..

Yea I noticed that too, it fucking blows.

for example even programs like hdpays.com (which has posts that are awesomely structured) puts almost 2 years between each duplicate post..... which is far less obvious, but still will kill your site...

the problem is with something like this, if you are in business for more than a year you end up with countless anti-seo duplicated posts...

Check out Pornstar Platinum & OC Cash.. They both have regularly updating hand written blog posts that do very well.. (I used to write them also :thumbsup )

nubiles updates with new stuff not duplicated. Talk to Kristen. Pretty sure nubile films also does not duplicate. But then again it's being used by tons of affiliates. So I think you either need a morphing program or you need to update manually to avoid the duplicates. A plug in to check for duplicates is just going to leave you with no updates if it's really checking properly.

not looking for a plugin to check against other sites... with over 1000 sites of our own and 100+ of them being blogs, we just do not want to cross-over duplicate content within or between our own sites.....

and Nubiles is awesome BTW ;) I just now noticed some of the customization by niche/etc they offer on their feeds.. i did not notice that before!

anywhoo.. just want a good plugin for each individual blog to check for dupe posts based not only on the title (which is all the plugin i mentioned does :( ), but the actual content of the post as well..

To be honest I think porn sites are dropping down in google anyway.

honestly, this is off topic but i think it is time to go old school.. revert back to toplists, tgp posts/traffic trades, etc.. we all did well before Google dominated because we all shared traffic... when we stopped and focused on SE traffic all of a sudden everyone's sales plummeted.. somehow in the midst of it all we became dependent on Google.. now that google has made searching for porn so difficult I must ask all of us how silly were we to give that much control over the WWW? which now is no longer an interlinked web because Google has an issue with sites linking to one another... conspiracy theorists would say that the goal is that if people stop linking to each other, then Google will control the Internet.. lol

If you have used CyberSEO instead of those plugins you wouldn't have any dupes at all. Also you could spin all the posts on autopilot to make them really unique :2 cents:
