I have a list of affiliates that have not been returning my messages. Im looking for any successful point of contact for this list of affiliates below or some input on which affiliates programs are dead.

Those are affiliate programs not affiliates.

If they don't return messages I wouldn't promote them. Pretty sure Shane's world cash is ok though.
