This particular pirate was setting a very new and dangerous precedent in his methods so this warranted me starting some shit over.

This is true...but lets be honest here...the file lockers where never the problem....it was the tube sites and all their stolen content. The fact AK thinks that tube sites do not steal content blows my mind!

I think they should have to pay you out at least a portion of his profits as well. rather than them keeping it all.

Tubes are only a problem if your content sucks. File lockers kills the niche guys. AK made/making a huge impact. 99% of tubes remove in hours & have up crap liscensed DVD content

Crak handled this right away, they even bumped my payouts and are offering to help my traffic to compensate - like I said earlier they are a great company - I knew it wasn't their fault and expressed that.

Crak was and is funding various piracy sites, there were numerous threads about it.
