Designer needed for high quality favicons

I'm looking for a designer that can make a high quality favicon from my logo. I don't want generated favicon, it needs to be sharp and clean and represent my logo/site colors.

icon sizes: 16x16, 57×57, 72×72, 114×114 and 144×144
