France prepares for war on Syria
|

Though the French people don't want war, perhaps this is why former IMF leader Strauss-Kahn was framed, to pave the way for Hollande, otherwise Strauss-Kahn would be the current French leader
"French public opinion is heavily weighted against any military action in Syria – even one approved by the United Nations Security Council." http://www.independent.co.uk/news/wo...s-8790541.html |
Watch France attack and wait for the riots in Paris and Marseille.
Stupid move by France. Anyone catch the interview 2 nights ago on McNeil-Lehrer Report with 3 talking heads about the proposed attacks? (Sorry, no names.) 2 were very pro bomb the fuck out of Syria. The third guy asked the question why is the latest incident such a big deal? He said 100,000 have been killed already and no one has stepped in. What is behind the motive for stepping in now? Shrapnel, gas, any form of killing is reprehensible. There are over 1000 groups in Syria fighting against Assad. US has not provided smoking gun against Assad. The attacks could have been perpetrated by anyone. Anyone. In unison, at the close, the other 2 gave the 3rd guy a very nasty look. :1orglaugh |

The US and world were also fine with Sadam Hussein gassing the kurds until it was useful to use a couple of decades later. We even signed a peace treaty with them and established a no fly zone long after he had gassed them and we had it on film. Now it's a "red line" that thou shalt not cross.

is a military service wing of the French Army established in 1831, unique because it was exclusively created for foreign nationals willing to serve in the French Armed Forces. Commanded by French officers, it is also open to French citizens, who amounted to 24% of the recruits as of 2007.[1] |
Wasn't France one of the few allies that stayed out of Iraq during the invasion (at first anyway)?
