If you want to succeed in tumblr with a commercial profile (not as an individual):

1) choose a clean template (your layout is dirty and horrible)
2) post original gifs (create them yourself)
3) follow and like/repin nice pics of individuals of great following

.. do everything necessary to get lucky and go viral :)

As for me - I use Tumblr for pushing the brand and milking the traffic from it to LustJobs.com (and it works just fine).
