9th Circuit Pledge of Allegiance ruling stands.. for now.
 

"SAN FRANCISCO (AP) -- A federal appeals court Friday rejected the Bush administration's request to reconsider its decision that the Pledge of Allegiance is unconstitutional because of the phrase "under God."

Woooohoooo! Wonder what the Supremes will do with it? If they do take it up, I'd bet on a close 4-5 or 6-3 decision.

No doubt. Under god was an addition anyways.

The 9th circuit is the most pro-free speech, pro-constitution circuit in the United States.

Yeah it was added in the fifties.. what's the big deal if they take it back out. Who believes in God anyways?
