Republicans in Congress will be thinking of this vote in terms of one single point...getting a victory against Obama. Not the plight of thousands of Syrian civilians being bombed by their government.

Then they'll say Obama backed down. It's absurd how they work. Those fucks are the most useless Congress in history(a statistical fact), so why would they do anything different this time?

The facts are the American people and the rest of the world don't want to invade Syria, because wars never cost what we are told in lives or dollars, and we have learned that well. We don't want any more soldiers or Syrian children killed because of a single accusation that no one has seen fit to clearly substantiate.

We don't want to continue to be harangued by the elite into fighting for and paying for a war that they want because they have the crazy idea that bringing even more instability to the middle east somehow helps Israel.

Yes, they will be able to loot another 100 billion from us and from Syria, and yes the contractors will make another 500 billion, but the American people have learned that does not benefit us.

Bush wanted a war on an Arab country based on flimsy and ultimately incorrect evidence. It turned out very bad. Obama wants a war on an Arab country based on flimsy evidence. In both cases, the party asslickers say "you can't deny the evidence" but everyone, including the rest of the world, knows the truth.

I love Obama's strategy here : Avoid war with Syria by making Republicans believe he really wants it.

I'm expecting the CIA created fake wire tap of Obama to go viral on youtube just before they vote. On the tape Obama will be heard saying "Invading Syria would be the height of his career".

Bingo.

So knowing this fact that the Scumpublicans will only do what will make him look worst WHY would he take the vote to congress. Only one answer - he changed his mind...decided not to bomb when the Brits pulled out.

+1 for coining the term: "party asslickers" :1orglaugh

If you repeat it enough you will get other fools to believe it.

If Congress won't approve it, he'll do it anyway. This is a pony show and media frenzy to buy time while they gather more evidence.

It's not my video. But I agree the video quality is shit. However the audio is fine. It's taken from a radio show so I think they are more concerned with the substance than the style.

They need a bigger more disturbing false flag in order to sway public opinion, one on UK/US soil would work best

glamourmodels 09-01-2013 11:28 PM

sad, but a true and relevant juxtaposition
