Syria do have chemical weapons, but it wouldn't be a good time for testing just as UN Weapons Inspectors show up and after Obama had defined his 'Chemical Weapon' red-line

Why does the us want to support the same people they are fighting in Afghanistan? I haven't watched the news in months, but the little I have taken in from sites like this basically says the us is supporting terrorists. I agree that the US shouldn't intervene in any other countries' civil war - but FUCK any serviceman who doesn't like where he gets deployed. The US has a long history of military intervention on foreign soil and if you were too stupid to realize that before you enlisted (that's right, enlisted as in VOLUNTARILY, because there is no draft) then you get what you deserve. His rank is E-9 Master Petty Officer (the highest Navy enlisted rank), so he is a "lifer" (hang around long enough and you get all kinds of medals - I earned a half dozen medals in an unremarkable 6 years in the Navy - I spent almost my entire enlistment on sea duty, and I was never assigned to a ship).

The images of people wearing military apparel and holding signs is not very convincing, in and of itself, since you can get such uniforms, medals, etc., at any Army-Navy Surplus store. :2 cents:

I have been reading that newspapers in many countries are reporting the attack was not an attack at all but that a "rebel group" was transporting chemicals to a safer area and a barrel fell off the truck and broke apart.
