I have money in my euro "wallet" but not in my dollar wallet. I need to spend dollars. Can I convert some euros? If so, how do I do that? And will it convert at the latest conversion rate?

Not sure about the rates but you sure can transfert from euro to dollars. Just click on transfert funds and select between your account.

kuerten is right, simply visit Transfer Funds >> Transfer Between Accounts and select from your Euro dollar to your USD dollars checking account. It will show you the conversion rate prior to the transaction. The currency conversion rate is provided by the bank, we do not have any control over it.
